Founded in Alba in 1930 by Giacomo Morra, the company is credited with bringing the prized Alba White Truffle to international fame. Morra’s visionary marketing, gifting the season’s largest truffles to icons like Marilyn Monroe, Winston Churchill, and Alfred Hitchcock, forever linked Alba to the prestige of fine dining.

Today, Tartufi Morra remains a family-run business, entrusted to the Bonino family, who carry forward nearly a century of tradition, craftsmanship, and passion for the world’s finest truffles. Their products are so deeply tied to Alba’s identity that they are the only truffle company permitted to display the city’s coat of arms in their logo.
